Peanut butter chocolate cups
These peanut butter chocolate cups taste like heaven on earth. Their sweetness and delicious flavour will make you wonder if they’re actually healthy, and the answer is yes, these chocolate cups are low-carb, low sugar and gluten-free. The sweetener of choice is honey, but for a vegan version you can use maple syrup.

- 100 gr of dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp of coconut oil
- 3/4 cups of almond flour or ground almonds
- 1/3 cup of peanut or almond butter
- 3 tbsp of honey
Melt the chocolate with the tbsp of coconut oil in the microwave or over a Bain Marie
Stir the melted chocolate into the moulds and place them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes
In the meantime, mix the honey and the almond flour till you get a non-sticky dough
Take 1/2 tsp portions and place them in the moulds
Stir 1/2 tsp portions of peanut butter on top
Cover them with the rest of melted chocolate
Place it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes
