- 400 grams of canned chickpeas
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1/2 tsp of ground cumin, paprika powder, garlic powder, coriander powder
- salt and pepper
Rinse the chickpeas in a strainer
In a bowl, mix the chickpeas, olive oil and spices
Preheat your air fryer at maximum temperature
Place them in the air fryer basket and bake for 20 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF)
Oven: place them over a baking sheet and bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 200º C (392ºF) or until golden
Don’t forget to stir or shake them at least 2 times
