Place the dates in a bowl filled with hot water and let them soak for 1 or 2 hours
Remove the dates, put them into a food processor and mix.
Once you get a smooth cream, place it into a bowl and add the shredded coconut, the coconut flour and the coconut oil.
Mix all the ingredients together and form 1 tbsp portion balls.
Place them in the freezer for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, melt the chocolate together with the coconut milk till you get a smooth chocolate sauce.
Remove the balls from the freezer and dip them one by one in the chocolate. Place them on a plate with plastic film so that they don't get stick to the plate.
Add some more shredded coconut on top of them.
Place them in the fridge for at least 30-40 minutes more.
