Air fryer plantain chips with guacamole
These air fryer plantain chips with guacamole are a great vegan and healthy snack. They’re easy and quick to make, low calorie, and absolutely delicious!

- 1 plantains
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Guacamole
- 2 avocados
- 1/2 lime
- 4 stems of fresh coriander
- 1/2 onion
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- Salt and pepper
Peel and cut the plantains into thin slices
Place them in the air fryer, spray some olive oil and bake for 15 minutes at 200ºC. A tip is to pre-heat the air fryer for a couple of minutes before placing the plantain slices for a better texture
Add the avocado pieces to a bowl and mash them with a fork
Chop the onion and tomato and add them to the bowl
Add the lime juice and the paprika, cumin powder and salt and pepper
Separate the coriander leaves from its stems, chop them and add them to the bowl. Mix it all together
